Sayani Ghosh
About
Sayani Ghosh is currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Biotechnology at Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary (SGT) University. She is undertaking a two-month Summer Internship (May–July 2026) at the Healthcare Engineering Lab at the Center for Biomedical Engineering (CBME), in the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, under the mentorship of Dr. Arnab Chanda. Her internship focuses on the emerging field of bioprinted artificial tissues for biomechanical testing and medical simulation. As part of her research, she is conducting a comprehensive literature review of recent advancements in tissue bioprinting, biomechanical characterization, medical simulation, and the translational potential of bioprinted tissue models for biomedical research and healthcare applications.
