About
Tarun Pal is a Biotechnology graduate from Netaji Subhas University of Technology with a multidisciplinary professional journey spanning healthcare, business analytics, scientific research, and program management. Currently working as a Project Assistant at IIT Delhi, he brings together faculty, healthcare professionals, industry partners, and learners to deliver and manage executive and Pg diploma healthcare programs. Prior to this, at Urban Company, he worked as an Associate Business Analyst, using data, customer insights, and strategic thinking to solve business problems and improve products and services. His experiences have taken him across diverse fields from scientific research at DRDO’s Institute of Nuclear Medicine & Allied Sciences and work in the aerospace sector to content creation and creative communication. Each experience has broadened his perspective, strengthened his adaptability, and taught him to approach challenges with curiosity and an open mind.
